1. Introduction

Welcome to The Perfume Co Africa Distributors (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, registering as a distributor, or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

We are the recruiters and distributors of Perfume Co Africa. We are not the owners of Perfume Co Africa. Our role is to make your registration seamless, guide you on how to join the network and earn income as a distributor or reseller, and also to facilitate purchases for individuals who are interested in buying Perfume Co Africa products for personal use without joining as resellers.

2. Registration as a Distributor or Reseller

2.1. To join our network, you are required to complete the registration process on our platform.
2.2. A non-refundable registration fee of R99 is payable upon signing up.
2.3. Upon successful payment, we will set up your back-office account and credit the R99 towards your registration on the official Perfume Co Africa system.
2.4. Once your back-office login details have been issued, you will be able to purchase your stock directly from the Perfume Co Africa official website.

3. Products and Availability

3.1. Our website carries limited stock and offers a selection of best-selling perfumes only.
3.2. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
3.3. Prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of purchase and may vary from time to time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Shipping fees is R90.
4.2. Shipping is free for orders of R750 or more, applicable only to orders placed on our website.
4.3. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier schedules.
4.4. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery details.

5. Distributor Incentives & Network Earnings

5.1. As part of the distributor network, you may earn incentives from your downliners, meaning individuals who register and sell under your structure.
5.2. Incentive earnings are dependent on activity levels and sales performance of your network.
5.3. We do not guarantee income, as earnings depend on your personal effort, sales, and downliner participation.

6. Payments & Fees

6.1. The R99 registration fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to continue with your distributor journey.
6.2. All payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed on our platform.

7. Back Office Access

7.1. We will create login details for your back office upon registration.
7.2. It is your responsibility to change your login details after receiving them for security purposes.
7.3. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and confidential.
7.4. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

8. Disclaimer

8.1. We are not the owners of Perfume Co Africa.
8.2. We are official distributors and assist users with registration, onboarding, and purchasing processes.
8.3. We do not guarantee stock availability on the official Perfume Co Africa website.
8.4. All trademarks, branding, and product names belong to their respective owners (The Perfume Co Africa).

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. We will not be held liable for any losses, delays, missed earnings, or disruptions arising from:
– Courier delays
– System downtime
– Incorrect personal information provided by the user
– Earnings or sales performance
– External website issues, including the official Perfume Co Africa site
9.2. Your use of the site and participation in the network is entirely at your own risk.
